We're proud to be part of the UK Online Centre Network which helps people access equipment and learning to help them improve their digital skills. The network is supported by The Good Things Foundation who have created an easy to use learning platform called Learn My Way which people can use to improve their digital skills across a range of topics from health to employability and much more.

The Good Things Foundation have compiled data on the impact of digital exclusion and produced this helpful infographic which clearly shows how by feeling 'Digitally Included' people will be happier, healthier and be better off than the 'Digitally Excluded'.

Digital Exclusion is a complex area and does not simply result from lacking skills. The Good Things Foundation recognise that community support, digital skills and affordable internet are all part of the solutions to reduce digital exclusion. Some things need to be changed at national level but we can help you take the first step on your journey to increasing your digital skills and confidence and provide you with access to equipment and internet access in our free to use, supported IT Suite.

You can start today with Learn My Way by following the link and registering as a user - don't forget to choose Meadow Well Connected as your centre.

To find out more, just pop down and speak to Lynn or one of our friendly volunteers in our IT Suite. We're open Monday to Friday and the space is safe, clean and welcoming.

To support our work in helping people become less digitally excluded please consider donating or volunteering.
